    1. #BetterFood - Click & Collect

       

    2. 1. The Scheme

      The #Betterfood Click & Collect (the Scheme) is operated by ISS Facility Services Food and Hospitality. This is only for use at the EY 1 More London Place location.

    3. 2. Who is the scheme open to?

      This service is open to all employees of EY UK&I and other parties working at these locations that use EY technology and EY email addresses.

    4. 3. Registering & Payments

      To use this service the user must register an account with the #Betterfood website via the link supplied in this MyDay app Click & Collect Service and register an appropriate credit or debit card to allow payments to be taken when ordering.

    5. 4, Orders & Collections

      The collection point for all orders is situated in The Café at 1 More London Place. Orders are initiated by choosing a collection slot, and the menus available will reflect items available for that slot. Each slot has limited capacity there you may find that a desired slot is not available to you. Orders can be placed up to 1 working days ahead, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

      Ordering times are:

      For deli sandwiches, grab & go items, cold drinks and confectionary:
      • Order must be placed by 10am for collection between 12pm to 3pm, if the timeslot is available.
      • Last pick up time is 3pm of the day the order is made for.
      • Any order that is not picked up by 3pm on the order date will be treated as uncollected order and disposed of. There will be no refund for non-collected orders.

      For hot drinks:
      • Orders can be placed 20mins before the pick-up time, if the timeslot is available.
      • Pick-up slots, which will be 10min windows, are available between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays).
      • Last pick up time is 4pm of the order date.
      • Any order that is not picked up after the booked slot ends, will be kept for a further 5mins before being will be treated as uncollected order and disposed of. No refund will be given on uncollected order and full price will be charged.
      *NOTE: the pickup slots are smaller for hot drinks orders, as a minimum temperature need to be in place for hot drinks, and if left longer the drink will drop below this, and we will not be able to sell them..

      NON COLLECTION
      Once you have confirmed your order, no refund can be issued if you change your mind or fail to collect your order within the timelines indicated above. Uncollected orders will be discarded with no refund.

    6. 5. General

      ISS Facility Services Food and Hospitality reserves the right to modify or cancel the Scheme or make reasonable changes to these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice to users. ISS Facility Services Food and Hospitality will use or authorise the use of your information for the following purposes only: • To process your registration or to respond to your queries or requests • To administer your account and otherwise to undertake any of our obligations to you • To analyse your purchase history
